Ingredients ::
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 packages (4 serving size) lime instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- 1-8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- lime slices

Makes one pie, serves 8
Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mix and lime peel. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth (mixture will be thick).
Immediately stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon into the pie crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and lime slices.
