Ingredients ::
- Crust:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- Filling:
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup real whipping cream
- 1 large package strawberry Jell-o
- 2 cups boiling water
- 12 oz. frozen strawberries or 1 quart fresh

This can be made with peaches or raspberries, change the Jell-o to match the fruit
Crust:
Mix crust ingredients with a pie mixer. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Watch carefully, crust burns easily.
Filling:
In a bowl cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
In another bowl whip whipping cream; then fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread over cooled crust.
Make Jell-O with boiling water. Mix in strawberries. As it begins to gel, pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until firm.
