Ingredients ::
  • 6 cups drained canned or fresh vegetables up to 7
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Description ::
Vegetable Salad Marinade

Place vegetables in 3 quart glass bowl.

Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered jar; pour over vegetables.

Cover and refrigerate, spooning dressing over vegetables occasionally, at least 3 hours but no longer than 1 week.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
