Ingredients ::
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
Poppy Seed Dressing
Mix sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and mustard in 1-quart bowl.
Gradually add oil, beating with electric mixer or hand beater until thick and smooth; stir in poppy seeds.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Makes 3/4 cup dressing.
