Ingredients ::
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1/2 Lb. (about) sweet cherries
- 1/2 Lb. (about) red or black seedless grapes
- 1/2 Lb. (about) green seedless grapes
- 1/2 fresh pineapple (about)
- red leaf lettuce leaves
- 1/4 to 1/2 Lb. aged cheddar cheese, cut in chunks
- 1/4 to 1/2 Lb. Swiss cheese, cut in chunks
- 1/4 to 1/2 Lb. brie cheese, cut in chunks
- 1/4 to 1/2 Lb. colby cheese, cut in chunks
Makes: about 12 to 14 servings
Wash or rinse strawberries, cherries, and grapes. Pat dry with paper toweling. Do NOT remove grapes from stems.
Peel and core pineapple. Cut in chunks.
Line oblong or round serving platter with lettuce leaves. Arrange fruits and cheeses alternately around the platter.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until about 30 minutes before serving.
