Snickerdoodle Mix

2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cream of tartar

1 ½ cups white sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and present in a decorated quart jar.


Attach to Jar:
Snickerdoodles
1 Jar Snickdoodle Mix
1 cup butter
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, cream butter and eggs. Pour in the snickerdoodle mix, and stir until a dough forms. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, roll the balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire racks.
