Cajun Spice Mix


1 cup Sweet paprika

1 tsp Paprika

1 tbsp Black pepper

1 tbsp White pepper

3 tbsp Cayenne

1 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Onion powder

1 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp Rosemary
Combine all ingredients and present in a pint jar. Seal and decorated as desired.

Here is another Cajun Spice Mix recipe
From: Jean Washburn, of Hartford, Wisconsin
Makes: 1 cup

6 Tablespoons paprika
3 Tablespoons chili powder
6 teaspoons onion powder
6 teaspoons garlic powder
4-1/2 teaspoons salt
4-1/2 teaspoons pepper
3 teaspoons dried oregano
3 teaspoons dried thyme

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Fill a small jar (like a baby food jar), close tightly and decorate with ribbon.
