Ingredients ::
- 4 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup brown sauce see recipe
- salt and pepper
Creole Sauce
Simmer green pepper and onion in butter or margarine until soft. Add mushrooms and tomatoes, simmer about 5 minutes. Add brown sauce and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
