Ingredients ::
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon beef extract
- salt and pepper
Brown Sauce
Brown onion slightly in butter. Stir in flour. Pour in cream gradually, stirring constantly, cook until slightly thickened.
Season with beef extract, salt and pepper and cook about 2 minutes longer.
