Ingredients ::
  • 3-1/2 oz. cooked chicken breast, torn into thick shreds
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoons chopped, seeded cucumber (with peel)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped mango
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1 Tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon tandoori paste *
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 2 slices whole-wheat or whole-grain bread
  • * Tip Tandoori paste is available in most supermarkets that have ethnic-food sections.
Description ::
Makes one serving

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except bread until well combined. Place salad between bread slices.
