Ingredients ::
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 4 oz. skinless salmon filet
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh tomatillo salsa (or your favorite fresh fruit-based salsa)
  • Olive oil spray

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Spray a small baking dish with oil.

Coat salmon on all sides with seasoning. Place it in baking dish and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until salmon is light pink through.

Transfer to serving plate, spoon salsa over top, and serve immediately.
