Ingredients ::
- 4 oz. skinless salmon filet
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons tzatziki sauce (cucumber garlic sauce)*
- Olive oil spray
- *Common in Greek cuisine, tzatziki is found in the refrigerated section of many major grocery stores and most health-food stores.

Preheat broiler.
Spray a metal baking dish with oil.
Place the salmon in baking dish and squeeze the lemon over the top. Sprinkle salmon with garlic powder and salt, then lightly spray top of salmon with oil.
Place the salmon under broiler and cook for 4 to 6 minutes until it is light pink through.
Transfer to serving plate, spoon cold tzatziki over top, and serve immediately.
