Ingredients ::
- 2 cups Jack Daniels whiskey
- 2 cuts of filet mignon
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- Light bearnaise sauce
Dinner for 2
Pour 1-1/2 cups of Jack Daniels in a casserole dish and
marinate the steaks in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat broiler.
When ready to cook brush remaining Jack Daniels over the steaks and leave on heat for 5 to 10 minutes on each side depending on how well-done you like it. Remove from pan and sprinkle with cracked pepper; serve with bearnaise sauce on the side.
