Ingredients ::
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Bartlett pear halves or slices, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped seedless watermelon, drained
  • 1 cup finely chopped red or yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced green onions
  • 1/3 cup minced cilantro
  • 2-3 jalapeno or Serrano chilies, seeded and minced
  • 3 Tablespoons lime or lemon juice
  • Tortilla chips or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping
Description ::
Makes 12 Servings

In a medium bowl combine the pears, watermelon, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, chilies and lime juice until blended.

Let stand for 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend, or cover and chill up to 4 hours before serving time.

Serve with desired vegetables and chips for dipping.
