Ingredients ::
  • 4 medium red potatoes peeled, diced & cooked
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 6 frankfurters, sliced
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Description ::
6 to 8 servings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish, toss in potatoes, butter, and onions.

In a medium bowl, mix the frankfurters, soup, peas, milk and mustard. Pour over the potato mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
