Ingredients ::
- 6 large hard boiled eggs
- 6 slices cooked bacon until crisp, crumble & mince
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon softened butter
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Makes: 12 halves
In bowl combine egg yolks, 1/2 of the minced bacon, mayonnaise, butter, mustard and paprika. Mix until as smooth as you like it.
Pipe mixture back into the egg whites, cover and chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with reserved bacon.
